Madilyn Slade, PT, Physical Therapist

Maddi graduated from the Physical Therapy Doctorate Program in 2005 from Northern Arizona University. She started out in neurological rehab, which she loved, but had an opportunity to be clinical director at an outpatient orthopedic clinic five months after she graduated. From that point she furthered her career in outpatient orthopedics by opening a company with her husband in 2008. With a growing clinic and a growing family, she wanted to continue her love of physical therapy, but also wanted to keep  with being with her children. Thus, in August of 2016 she merged with Kinect Physical Therapy. She still loves the challenge of treating patient’s with neurological problems, but enjoys mostly the challenge of helping those with head, neck, back, shoulder, knee, and ankle/foot issues get back to their previous activities and increasing their overall quality of life. She has been trained in Astym, Myofascial Release, as well as in Dry Needling. Outside of Kinect, Maddi enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children, running with her friends, and road biking.
